1. What is a continuing care retirement community?
A continuing care retirement community (CCRC), or Life Plan Community, offers various levels of senior housing options and care services designed to meet residents’ specific needs. The Oaks at Denville is a nonprofit, full-service premier continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in New Jersey, providing a campus setting for active and vibrant seniors 62 and greater. 2. Where is The Oaks at Denville located?

3. When I move to The Oaks, do I own my independent living residence?
Like all continuing care retirement communities, you enter into a service agreement at The Oaks at Denville. This agreement gives you use of your home at The Oaks campus, as well as access to our array of services, amenities and programs. 4. I am still very active. Are there activities at The Oaks?
Not only can you continue to enjoy your current interests, but you will have a myriad of new cultural, educational and recreational opportunities to explore. Swim laps in our heated indoor pool, practice your putting on our on-campus putting green or join a discussion group with your friends. Additionally, you can head to Denville or New York City any time you like, with scheduled outings off campus occurring regularly. Back to top ^
5. Does The Oaks offer dining choices?
Yes! In fact, we offer one of the most flexible dining choices you'll find! Whether you choose casual dining in our new Bistro or more traditional options in our beautiful dining room, you will enjoy delicious, healthy food. We also offer very popular brunches and buffets throughout the week. Additional private dining options are available if you and your family wish to celebrate a special occasion – reserve the private dining room and select your menu with the help of our chef or have him cater the event in your home. 6. Do you allow wine with dinner?

7. Can guests stay in my home at The Oaks?

8. May I bring my pet with me?

9. What happens if I run out of money – how do I pay for the cost of senior living at The Oaks?
We have a financial qualifying process that is conservative in nature and is based on your age at entry, your assets and your income. If through no fault of your own, you cannot make your full monthly payment, The Springpoint Senior Living Foundation offers a Resident Financial Assistance program to provide financial assistance on your behalf.
