Springpoint Names Joan Fredella as the Assistant Executive Director of The Oaks at Denville

Springpoint's new Assistant Executive Director of the Oaks at Denville, Joan FredellaSpringpoint recently announced Joan Fredella, LNHA, as the new Assistant Executive Director of the Oaks at Denville Life Plan Community. Joan is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions within the Oaks at Denville healthcare center to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services consistent with the organization’s vision and mission.

Joan brings over 20 years of long-term care and assisted living experience and has her Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, Florida, and New Jersey.

Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Montclair State University.  She was raised in Newark, New Jersey, and has a son, daughter, and three young grandchildren.
