Springpoint recently announced Joan Fredella, LNHA, as the new Assistant Executive Director of the Oaks at Denville Life Plan Community. Joan is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions within the Oaks at Denville healthcare center to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services consistent with the organization’s vision and mission.
Joan brings over 20 years of long-term care and assisted living experience and has her Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, Florida, and New Jersey.
Joan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Montclair State University. She was raised in Newark, New Jersey, and has a son, daughter, and three young grandchildren.
