You should feel safe in your own home. At The Oaks at Denville, we offer security today in the case that an emergency occurs and security for your future with services to meet your health needs as they change. Keep reading for ways we offer security and a safe, healthy future.
Below, we’ve listed just a few ways we offer a sense of security to residents in the community. We constantly look into ways to improve the reliability and effectiveness of our plans. And, of course, we’re always happy to listen to resident input.
Emergency Communications: First and foremost, communication is key when it comes to safety and security. In the event of an emergency situation, we have an emergency communication system to keep our staff members, residents and families up to date through voice, text and email messages.
Disaster Preparedness: The Springpoint team has a detailed action plan in place in the event of a disaster that we share with residents and their families.
Emergency Power: Our community is prepared to provide power during storms and other extended power outages through onsite generators and advanced arrangements for fuel supplies and backup generators.
Emergency Policies and Procedures: To be fully prepared for the unexpected, we share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement between all Springpoint communities.
Full Suite of Healthcare Services: By offering a full continuum of care, your needs will be taken care of now and in the future. Our service lines include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Home Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
COVID-19 Policies: While it’s true that we’re in the midst of a challenging time, staff and residents at The Oaks at Denville are a family pulling together, steadfast in our desire to see this through with kindness and compassion. While residents follow the stay-at-home rules and practice proper social distancing, they’re still experiencing the love, care and support of community life. To keep residents informed of the latest community news, we broadcast videos, produced by a resident, featuring community updates from the senior leadership team for viewing on in-room TVs. Chef-prepared meals are delivered to residents’ doors, and many of our residents engage in activities such as trivia and happy hours at home.
Don’t just take our word for it: Resident Lillian Wagner appreciates all that The Oaks at Denville offers her. She shared, “Are you stressed-out, emotionally drained, exhausted or upset? Well consider The Oaks at Denville where life is worry free with not a care in the world. Residents at The Oaks are always warm and welcoming. The professional staff is all about You and the atmosphere is wonderful and so relaxing. Take it from me—The Oaks is the place you’ve been dreaming about for your later years in life.”
