The coordinator can help with this effort by providing you and your family several recommendations for movers, auctioneers and more. Once downsizing is complete and your home is ready for sale, the Move Ahead team will work with the realtor to evaluate and recommend ways to stage it for better sales appeal. If small repairs or upgrades are needed, your move-in coordinator can provide recommendations for trusted contractors and handymen. Lastly, the program offers entrance fee funding options that allow you to move into The Oaks at Denville even before your home sells, affording you time to wait for the right buyer to purchase.
